Christina was amazing!! She listened and was very precise but the other lady who helped with the toner was rubbish. She went over to the front desk to eat her crisps leaving my toner in for ages and making it much brighter than I wanted. She didn’t wash her hands after eating then touching my hair which bothered me a lot. Christina was fabulous though the best hairdresser I’ve been to in London will go back for her for sure!!

AWFUL. Firstly they rung me to see if I could arrive earlier than my appointment (simply so she could leave work early). Then she rushes all my hairwashing and treatments which left my hair all gross. Then the actual haircut... She cut it in like 5 minutes and then after asking for a fringe trim she HACKED at my fringe. It was all zig zaggy, and when I asked her to fix it, she blamed it on the fact I have baby hair, saying that I will never have a decent fringe. Had to cut it myself once home.
