I was politely greeted and given some complimentary wine. The salon was a little noisy and disorganised at first, but when my stylist came to collect me, I felt very comfortable again. She was friendly and gave me a lovely massage before giving me my haircut. She really listened to what I wanted and I was really happy with the finish :) thank you Gusto

The staff were so so welcoming and lovely. They made me feel comfortable as a new client and treated me so well - even with construction going on outside the salon, they ensured I was comfortable... I forgot all about the rainy miserable weather outside, the staff were rays of sunshine- Emile is a balayage genius! He took one look at my hair and knew exactly what to do to make it suit my natural colour and his blending was incredible!😍 hair turned out exactly how I wanted it to and I’m so happy with it! Will 100% recommend & return with full confidence 👌🏼(Thank you Emile! Hope Arsenal win the next one for you 🤞🏼👍🏼)
