Stylist was 20 mins late for the booked appointment, so was sat in the salon waiting for an update for a long period of time. It was good when stylist arrived but not what I’d expect when I pay good money for a blow dry - and meant I was late for my next plans. The salon is very tired and needs work to bring it up to a decent standard.

Yanis was great. I wanted a rocky shaggy 70s haircut on my long hair . Job well done and we had a good laugh , too !

The allocated stylist didn’t have time to do my hair although I was booked in. Another stylist reluctantly did a wash and blow dry and style for me. By the time I walked to my hotel 10 mins away the style became totally flat! No waves ! So disappointing.
