Great experience, hairdresser asked what I wanted and looked at my hair to assess how much would need to be taken off. The treatment was great, my hair felt silky smooth after and the cut was exactly what I asked for.

The atmosphere was off putting - seemed quite run down and grotty. Was tempted to leave while I was waiting. However my hair dresser did a good job so overall I left happy. Not sure I would return, and definitely wouldn’t pay full price simply due to the venue and atmosphere. I also had to pay extra as my hair (which is above my shoulders) apparently is medium length not short. So be prepared to pay extra!
