Stylist gave me streaky highlights in various shades of grey. Asked him at the time for two colours (he said not necessary) and to put colour in not bleach then tone (again told he knew best). Salon owner graciously agreed to fix my hair the next day, but it is now overbleached and damaged and overall still vaguely grey. Appreciate that they tried to fix the issue but am still having to pay to go to a different salon tomorrow in the hope that they can fix it and wasted hours of my time.

I was looking for a new hair salon and decided to try Gusto based on the great reviews. I have to say it did not disappoint! I left really happy with my new haircut, I would definitely visit again!
