I’m absolutely gutted with my experience. I have been getting my hair toned for years to remove the brassy tones and today (despite my clear explanation of what I wanted) brassy tones were put INTO my hair. Instead of leaving with ashy brown hair like I usually do after a toner, I left worn WARM CHESNUT BROWN. Awful. I want a full refund as I will not only now have to get it redone, I will need it stripped and corrected. So upset.
