The whole thing was just very stressful and unprofessional, it wasn’t completely the stylists fault as he didn’t really speak English but I paid for a service that I didn’t really get. His colleagues should have helped him out or done the talking. I also said I was under the impression that I’d paid for a blow dry but if that wasn’t the case then it was fine. I had the blow dry and then they tried telling me I had to pay extra without saying anything beforehand, NOPE.
I got a cut and treatment and blow dry. Everything was done in under an hour - very speedy! my hairdresser was very nice and asked exactly what I wanted. I didn’t see what products went on my hair but it feels nice and healthy now. Thank you !
