Rude, expensive, late. Hairdresser was 15 minutes late for my daytime appointment because he was getting coffee. He started cutting my hair and then told me that I had booked a "short" haircut but my hair was actually "medium" - though according to the definition on Treatwell mine is definitely short. This made the haircut 40% more expensive, and when I objected he said "I don't make the rules" and wouldn't even split the difference.
