I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment, but the staff were apologetic and friendly. I wasn't in a rush, so I was not bothered by it, but it seemed like the hairdresser hadn't given enough time between appointments. I felt he did the best he could in the situation and try to be quick with my haircut to make up for the wait.
I booked the special offer (treatment, cut and blowdry) and selected to get my haircut with the style director - Joseph on the app. When I arrived they told me I paid for a 'short haircut' (which is correct as my hair is an aysymteric pixie and they classed 'short' as jawline) but was told I should have booked a 'medium' length haircut) so I was forced to pay extra! I was then passed onto another stylist who cut my hair, who rushed my hair and didnt seem to have any expertise in short haircuts. I only chose this salon because it had great reviews and the style director but I really wouldn't recommend it!!
