Can’t remember the name of the lady who but my hair but she had long blonde balayaged hair about 30-40 years old and she rushed my hair like she was on a timer. I had a treat well deal with an intensive mask, which she left on my hair for 2 minutes then cut my hair in about 4 minutes whilst looking around the room?! When finished she went to grab my coat before I could even look at my hair, which was all uneven and not what I asked for. When I asked to even it out she got impatient

The hairdresser I had was very distracted. Would stop to reply to texts whilst cutting my hair.
As soon as I sat down he went straight to the receptionist and told me I’d be charged for “extra long” hair after I had prepaid for “long” hair. It felt rude & unprofessional as he hadn’t even asked what I wanted done with my hair yet.
I asked for a trim and he cut off over 3 inches! My hair is now a long bob - from “extra long” it was cut to extra short!
He also rushed my cut because a walk in customer arrived & it was clear he wanted the extra business before his next booked appointment.
Left with hair that I immediately tied up because the Blowdry made me look like a Christmas tree.
