The hairdresser I had was very distracted. Would stop to reply to texts whilst cutting my hair.
As soon as I sat down he went straight to the receptionist and told me I’d be charged for “extra long” hair after I had prepaid for “long” hair. It felt rude & unprofessional as he hadn’t even asked what I wanted done with my hair yet.
I asked for a trim and he cut off over 3 inches! My hair is now a long bob - from “extra long” it was cut to extra short!
He also rushed my cut because a walk in customer arrived & it was clear he wanted the extra business before his next booked appointment.
Left with hair that I immediately tied up because the Blowdry made me look like a Christmas tree.

Georgina was so lovely and attentive! I'm not usually the kind of person who feels comfortable with small talk but she made it really easy and i felt relaxed right away :) Loved my hair cut and treatment. Great atmosphere with all the stylists laughing and joking together. Plus everyone loves a free glass of wine!
