I first went to the Gusto near Covent Garden - my bad - so make sure you’re going to the right one! The one in soho is a little harder to notice so look for “GUSTO” printed on a glass shop front. My coat was taken upon arrival and while the hair mask was on I was offered a drink. The head massage was lovely and all in all it was a v relaxing experience.Georgina was able to assess exactly what my hair needed and I left with a lovely cut, healthy hair and a big smile 😊
