My hairdresser was clearly very talented and used techniques on my hair that I've not seen before. I loved the hairstyle he cut, though it wasn't completely what I asked for, but nevertheless, it looked really amazing and I got lots of compliments.

I had a 11am appointment but the salon was closed when I arrived, and I waited at the door with other clients until someone arrived to open 10min later. Very relaxed atmosphere, which is good but can also be seen as unprofessional. The computer wasn't working and the cleanliness/overall look of the place could be better, but I'm happy with my haircut.

The haircut and blow dry were great - but the wash was a bit lacklustre and the treatment wasn't left on for very long. Had a head massage and treatment left on considerably longer than last time I came via Treatwell. I had a different person do the wash to the cut and dry.
