Been to Gusto many times over the years and have always been very pleased.Usually have my haircuts with Yiannis who is really good.As it was just a fringe trim,opted for 1st available-When I got there,the two staff members at reception ignored me for a good 10 mins before rudely asking me to “ sit there!’.The lady was 20 mins late for my appt and then did a sloppy short blunt fringe when I asked for a layered long one.I’m actually having to wear it back with bobby pins as it looks appalling!

Quick lunchtime treat with the hair mask, although would be nice to have the mask on for longer! Great blow-dry.
