I booked a consultation and never received it! I asked the guy about my hair and he just got on with the job at hand. I also booked a conditioning treatment that I'm not even sure I got. He did a great job cutting my hair though, but when I said I wanted it curly (MY HAIR IS CURLY, WHY do hairdressers NOT KNOW how to blowdry curly hair?!) he CURLED it, with the round brush, killing my natural curl. My aptm was for 1.5hours and I was out in 45min! Also the music was too loud. I left stressed.
