Had the ladies cut and bow dry with luxury treatment and it was fine. Even at the discounted price I think £42 is too much for a half hour (treatment time listed as one hour). And the luxury treatment was like normal conditioner and not left in like a mask as stated. Other than that it was fine! Just a bit pricey and minimal ‘mask’ treatment.

paid for a hair treatment and didn’t receive the mask. when i brought it up he said that he left it on for two minutes when washing my hair but i know he didn’t. haircut is not bad though
