Staff was friendly but I’m not happy with the service I’ve received. I didn’t get the style I wanted, I have long strands of hair which weren’t cut at all and my layers look unevenly cut. The haircut felt rushed so I think he tried to get it done as soon as possible. He also kept texting. He apologised the first time which was fine but it kept happening. Overall, I think it was the worst haircut I’ve ever got.

After seeing Emile's amazing work on Instagram, I decided to try a new hair salon after 13years of going to the same salon back in the Midlands. Emile did not disappoint and took the time to listen to the kind of style I wanted and asked clarifying questions. Great friendly service- will definitely return for a cut and colour next time.
