Was not a pampering experience. Hair all over the floor. Not much attention paid to my haircut. I asked for some weight to be taken out but very little was fine beyond cutting my hair into a straighter line. Also I got the impression the staff were all hungover by the way they were moving really slowly and kept dropping things and just not thinking straight. I could be wrong. Maybe they were just tired as it was 11am on a Sunday.

It was nice and average, loved the head massage and given it was half price it was well worth it - I would have been v unhappy if I had paid at normal price as the styling wasn’t great and no finishing product at the end.
