Treatment was underwhelming but most importantly in 2020 not having any product for curly haired client is shocking. The hair stylist was nice and tried his best to help but it's just not acceptable. Also salon vibe is weird.

Came in to fix an attempt made by my flatmate (quarantinesque problems), it was fairly last minute but my hair looks amazing and I'm very happy with it. Everyone was friendly and my wishes and concerns were listened to attentively, couldn't have wished for a better outcome.

Loddy was very observant and professional, she gave me her advice on the appropriate length of my preferred hair style. She took time to ensure my ends were of the same length. Exactly what I wanted. It was an amazing first visit to Gusto and I would definitely try again.
