I want to mention that this review is not for this specific time I went to the salon. The girl who cut my hair this time was excellent. However today, 18/12/2020 I had the worst experience at this salon. I came in for a trim and toning of my fringe. The man assigned simply botched the whole job. The toning was awful - you could see 5 different colors in my hair. They charged 5 pounds extra - not what they told me on the phone while making the appointment. He cut my hair without any cover too!

A very rushed haircut, not happy with the quality of the cut. The man that cut my hair didn’t do the standard ‘quality check’ that I would expect, and as I result I am left with an uneven and cheap looking haircut. I will not be returning.
