Much smaller than the Covent Garden branch making social distancing in the reception impossible. Very very busy and my stylist was clearly exhausted, initially cut my hair to my shoulders when we agreed to my chin, had to ask for a recut and then cut it to about half an inch below my chin but given time was running out I just left it. Didn't do the layers we agreed but again time was too short by this point to push it.

Ok but not what it used to be. My hairdresser was double booked so she ended up dotting back and forth from me to another client repeatedly. The highlights are ok-the colour is lovely but the highlights are quite stripy around my face, and my roots are quite visible. Not sure I’d go there again; it just wasn’t as good as it used to be.

Really bland and unprofessional cut, no effort put into the style at all. Very jagged and straight edges which was not what I asked for. Didn't even show me the back of my hair so that I could take a look. Did not look anything like the picture that I had shown my stylist. Won't be coming back here again.
