Was a little nervous after reading reviews and at first it seemed a little haphazard but I'm so happy with the cut and the colour. Everything exactly as I wanted it. Would definitely go back

So I was first made to wait for ages as I was double booked on. This was after rescheduling my original appointment. My haircut isn’t bad per day but it’s not what I wanted. I asked for layers but I’ve been given a short Bob and it’s definitely not what I expected or wanted. The luxury conditioning mask was not even left on for 2 minutes - just massaged on and then rinsed off. Overall wasn’t a pleasant experience and been left with a bad haircut after waiting months for one :(
