I asked for head highlights and told him I don’t want balyeage but he did baleyage anyways and charged me for it. His reasoning was that head highlights would be blonde and I didn’t want that. If that was the case, I wouldn’t have died my hair at all since I didn’t want to spend the money on it.

My stylist was friendly, but he didn’t pay attention to the image I showed at all. The place was quite messy and grubby, stylists used blowdryers to move hair on the floor and I was charged extra even though there wasn’t meant to be any additional charges.
