My stylist was friendly, but he didn’t pay attention to the image I showed at all. The place was quite messy and grubby, stylists used blowdryers to move hair on the floor and I was charged extra even though there wasn’t meant to be any additional charges.

Went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and Loddy cut and coloured my hair brilliantly. Incredibly professional, kind and understanding, I would love to return in the future.

As someone who has non-typical hair, it was a pity to be made feel so bad about myself for not being the usual customer. The job done was okay but I don’t think there is any need to make someone feel ashamed for having hair that is naturally a bit different.
I leave this review in the hope that in the future unique customers will be treated well and not have to leave the salon feeling upset and that they were a burden.
