I was pleased with my colour and cut. The salon itself is pretty basic, but it gets the job done. At first they thought I hadn't paid yet and so were going to charge me again; I had to point out that I'd already paid through Treatwell and it had charged my account already (I had checked the night before), so just be aware of this. Overall, it was a good haircut experience for a good price.

Great location, lovely staff and great value. Service was great and the treatment was carried out with great care and attention, the only downside the roots of my blonde highlights are still a bit on the dark side and I would have liked to have them more blonde from to match the rest of my colour.

Friendly service; slight initial difficulty with salon not checking Treatwell so trying to postpone my appointment 15 mins beforehand (when I was already there) but when I explained that this didn't work for me, they were very accommodating about fitting me in and moved things around to accommodate.
