After the initial mix up of which salon I should have been at was resolved. My treatment with Anita was brilliant. She was lovely & very professional. The head massage during my hair wash was amazing. She did a great job, my hair complimented my outfit.

I have had some lovely experiences getting my hair coloured at Gusto but unfortunately wasn’t happy this time as my colourist didn’t follow what I’d asked for. I assume this is due to the fact that I’d pre-bought a discounted package and then asked for something more complicated. So maybe stay away from the cheaper packages unless you are willing to only get the basics and end up paying more in the salon anyway
