This haircut actually turned out to be very well done; the salon is a bit out of date and not very modern though.

Had a lovely visit to Gusto, the colour was spot on and the stylists were all so friendly. Also got a fringe cut at no extra cost which was a nice touch. Was pretty full when I went but reception made sure I was comfortable (enough magazines and herbal tea to go around!) and was seen to straight way. Will be heading back regularly for my highlights, no need to shop around any more.

Quite simply, you get what you pay for. Perfectly ok results but nothing special. Not much communication with staff as to what I wanted / during appointment. Quick going in and out - good for a quick fix solution but not a relaxing salon experience.

I booked a wash and blow dry. My appointment started 10 minutes after the time booked. Fortunately I wasn't in a rush. The hairdresser asked how I would like my hair blown dry; the result was just as I wanted. The staff were very pleasant. I would return again.

Did exactly what I was after. I was in there for over an hour and the girl (I didn't catch her name) really made sure my cut was just right, well worth £20! I would definitely recommend.
