Good for the discounted price, it was a very busy hairdressers lots of people and staff coming and going, there didn't seem to be a system where you knew who was going to do your hair, just next please with whoever was available which if found a little strange. Full head highlights and cut and blow dry took longer than expected

What can I say? I'm absolutely in love with my hair!! When I first walked in to the salon I wasn't expecting much & didn't even get the person (Luiz) I originally booked via Treatwell. But I was so thankful to have the girl (she didn't give me her name) as my hairdresser as she knew exactly what I wanted even know her English was limited. I left the salon in no time after my half head of highlights, cut & blow dry. And for the FIRST TIME I got the hair exactly like the photo I showed the hairdresser!!Go to this place, they've great hairdressers who listens to you - just ignore their interior which is fairly basic.

Luiz, he is the expert! I was scared to go somewhere new. My hair has this hidden red color( naturally dark blonde and looks more potato/grayish light brown) that 70% of the hairdressers can't spot or don't believe. I have ended up walking away with bright red hair when I have actually asked for brown. but Luiz he was able to spot it right away, I am amazed I left the door with perfect natural color in my hair. Thank you thank you thank you , see you ! ( please don't over book him now, leave some available spots for me too heh )

I booked the half head of highlights with cut and blow dry deal and basically you get what you pay for. The salon is very dated and unclean. It could do with a makeover.
I am of Indian origin with dark brown skin, so was quite specific I did not want blonde highlights, but that's exactly what I got. The hairdresser applied the highlights fine but left them on way too long. I had to remind her to come and check on the colour...she looked a bit peeved off when I asked her to check it. I've now got blonde hair which I've got to have redone.
During the blow dry, she kept pointing the blow dryer directly down towards my scalp hence burning me.
I normally don't write reviews but if you can, avoid this salon.

I've been here twice now and seen Luiz who is a lovely Brazilian chap.
First time was with a Wowcher for wash cut and blowdry which was excellent - so much so my boyfriend actually noticed I'd had my hair cut which was a first; second time I went back for cut and colour and really pleased again with results. Great value and good service.
