Really enjoyed my visit to Gusto had awhile to wait but staff are very friendly and offered refreshing drink while waiting. Excellent cut and blow dry got exactly what I wanted. Will be back soon.

The whole experience from the appointment being rescheduled twice to the condescending hairdresser to the pain I felt when he cut my hair was absolutely horrendous!! I have never felt so uncomfortable having my hair done, my highlights are non existent and I'm going to have to have my haircut again because it's just awful! He cut big chunks out of it in an attempt to thin it out and with what I only imagine to be blunt scissors as it really hurt when he cut it, with a technique I'd never witnessed before!! Needless to say I won't be back and I won't be recommending them!!

2nd time at this salon and I will continue to return. Really great highlights, I'm not overly impressed with the cut but then I only ever ask for a trim, so it's hard to impress with that! And really amazing value for money for central London.
