When I arrived they had forgotten about my appointment so I had to wait around for half an hour until they could squeeze me in. Then my actual haircut was really uneven and my hair was blow dried into a strange seventies look without asking me how I would like my hair done.

I really enjoyed my experience at the salon. My colour was great, and he blowdried my hair perfectly. I have really curly, unruly hair, and my hairdresser knew exactly what to do with it and was really patient with all the tangles!

Most importantly, my haircut was lovely! The service I got was as advertised, including the conditioning treatment. My hairdresser was Lavi, and I needn't have worried about my locks in his hands. He cut and styled my hair identical to the picture that I brought along with me, and he added his own suggestions, consulting me about all aspects of the cut. I ended up with the loveliest hairstyle that I've ever had. Will definitely be going again.
The salon itself is a bit grotty, but the service is top-notch and the value great for a salon in Central London. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks Gusto Hairdressers - and thanks Lavi!

Yesterday my stylist was Rafaelle - he is just amazing person and really passionate in his work, so was also result - better than I have expected!

I had my appointment made the same day and was lucky to get a slot. The location is brilliant and although the salon was small I was served fairly quickly. Hair wash was good but haircut even better and blow dried to very good standard. Such a bargain for £20!! Will definitely come back to check out more offers!
