My treatment was everything I could have hoped for. I arrived 15 min early and Raffaele saw me straight away! We discussed what I wanted done and he made helpful suggestions based on my current cut and hair type. He then washed my hair with shampoo that smelled like tropical coconut heaven and massaged in a lovely conditioning mask for at least 10 min. The cut was quick and nicely done, he even checked to make sure that he was cutting off the right amount several times. I felt well taken care of and not at all rushed as Raffaele took him him to blow dry and style my hair. I enjoyed a complimentary beverage to add to the friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the salon. Will definitely be back!

Rafael cut my hair excellently. I am very happy with my haircut. The only problem was that I used Treatwell to book an appointment with this specific hairdresser and prepaid for it but when I arrived I was told that he would not be available for an hour. That was very disappointing as I chose Gusto because of the positive reviews mentioning how good Rafael was with curly hair.

My hairdresser was called Lav. I was booked in on the special offer for full highlights cut and blow dry. I didn't really know what I wanted so gave home small brief and left it to him - he advised balyage which cost a little extra. He was consultative, friendly and professional. If you can do without the sleek polished look of RUSH, then this salon is perfect and great value. I found it on Treatwell and took a punt. In the heart of soho, it was easy to reach but not too busy. I would definitely retun and recommend. My cut and colour looks very natural and healthy - thanks!

Great value for money, very friendly staff and I was very happy with my cut and blow dry. Very impressed with the amount of time Leslie spent on me as well. Very happy with the whole experience and will definitely be coming back!
