Had a great experience at Gusto. Really liked that the stylist explained what he was going to do at each stage. Very friendly but professional. Would recommend booking early evening appointments(for those going after work) if you don’t want to wait as they tend to get quite busy.
had my hair down up for a wedding, the result was a little old fashioned but ok and good value. very nice salon and friendly staff.
Really great value for money, relaxed and friendly staff. Pleased with my highlights, hairdresser did a good job and also a v nice blow dry. Great place for central London.
Lovely experience and fun atmosphere, haircut is beautiful too. My stylist was very attentive, friendly yet very professional.

My treatment was everything I could have hoped for. I arrived 15 min early and Raffaele saw me straight away! We discussed what I wanted done and he made helpful suggestions based on my current cut and hair type. He then washed my hair with shampoo that smelled like tropical coconut heaven and massaged in a lovely conditioning mask for at least 10 min. The cut was quick and nicely done, he even checked to make sure that he was cutting off the right amount several times. I felt well taken care of and not at all rushed as Raffaele took him him to blow dry and style my hair. I enjoyed a complimentary beverage to add to the friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the salon. Will definitely be back!
