Overall, I'd say this place is a good value for money. It's absolutely tiny, and I do think the hygiene and maintenance standards could be a bit better (i.e. the hair that had caught on my apron after cutting was thrown all over my belongings when my stylist removed it, etc.) -- but I was offered a drink (an actual bottle of water, not just a glass) and treated very well by my stylist, although admittedly my cut is nothing that great. Also, I am not even sure I was given a 'conditioning treatment' like advertised (just the normal shampoo and conditioning rinse). But for 25, can't really complain!
I really enjoyed my experience at Gusto! I was not really keen on going to Soho but the salon was really nice and it gave me a better impression of Soho. The staff was very friendly, dynamic and fashion with some originality and personality! The hairdresser I had was extremely friendly, easy-going and professional. They also offered drinks which was also well appreciated with such a hot weather! I definitely think I will come back especially because of the atmosphere in the salon!!!
I was in a rush and went because they said it would be 30 minutes when it was more like an hour despite not having a huge amount of hair! Decent blow dry and perfectly nice people just not one for a last minute rush!
