Really good value for money. I was asked what I wanted and my stylist gave me his opinion on what would look best, which I went along with and am pleased I did.
Mike saved my hair! Very impressed.
After a botch job at a different salon on the weekend, my hair had a dark orange colour instead of the blonde highlights, a couple of shades lighter than what I originally had in my hair, which I had requested. Absolutely devastated I didn't want to go back there, and I booked in at Gusto in hope they could at least do something to fix it. Mike exceeded my expectations, seemed to know exactly what he was talking about and did a stellar job restoring blonde highlights to my hair. My hair is now back to a similar colour it was before the orange disaster, and I am much happier. Walked out of the salon relieved and happy. Would recommend the salon to anyone who wants someone to do a great job on their colour.
Very happy overall. Well located shop in central London, I have met Ana a couple of times and her service is very professional and spot-on. Her suggestions are always valuable. I strongly recommend Ana.
I had a half head foils, cut and blow dry and it was perfect. I had Lavi and he took the time to ask what I wanted and advised what he thought would be best and I am happy with the result. I had to wait nearly an hour because the lady before me was late so not the salon's fault - if people could please be punctual you won't put everyone else's day out!
The highlights were great and were value for money. The haircut was unfortunately terrible. Totally uneven and now my hair resembles rats tails.
