I booked my appointment last minute and was thoroughly impressed. Quango made sure my colour looked natural and she spent a good amount of time creating a really sleek haircut. 10/10.
I was the first appointment of the day so I arrived when they opened the salon and there was hair all over the floor and on chairs so they clearly hadn't cleaned up the night before and they didn't bother to clean whilst I was there either. The staff were really friendly and I was pleased with my haircut but cleanliness was poor, the water they washed my hair with was cold and they didn't offer to use any products on my hair after it had been blow dried which you would usually get. Fairly good value but attention to detail is not there and hygiene of venue was bad.
Given bottles of water in the salon, magazines to read, service was very quick and efficient. Staff were friendly. Salon a little cramped but the service is the main thing I am interested in.
I am loving my new haircut! Quango was great, I didn't really know what to do with my flat, thin hair so I let him decide and he found the perfect look for me! Looked like he was reading my mind, I will definitely ask for him again next time!
A really nice experience from start to finish. Didn't feel rushed at all but was in and out in an hour. Perfect!
