Was dubious after reading a few negative reviews. But was very happy with the but, colour and blow dry. Anna was friendly but not intrusive so it was a laid back and relaxing experience. Only downside was I was charged an extra £10 for toner, which I assumed was included in the price.
I went to Gusto last week for first time, lured by all the positive reviews. My haridresser was Raphael and he is great! Not everyone can handle my hair (long and thin) they way he did. He is a perfectionist, so I assure you you won't leave until you look perfect. Will defo come back (especially as I paid half of what I used to pay in an expensive salon in farringdon)!

Staff was friendly. The highlights and the hair cut were not bad for the price I have paid and the service was quick.
The colour is amazing, the cut superb. Lavi did an excellent job, in this unlikely salon in the heart of Soho, I can't recommend Gusto highly enough
