I booked an appointment online, it was super easy to book. When I went in the salon Olympia welcomed me and she started straight away with the treatment I didn’t have to wait at all. She was very friendly. I explained what kind of haircut I wanted and she suggested a few more improvements.The result was amazing, exactly what I wanted. I will definitely visit again and recommend it to everyone.

I saw them reusing the same comb, styling equipment and barber's Cape for various clients. The barber's Cape was torn from the back. I had to wait for half an hour to get my slot. There was hair stuck on the styling comb when they used it on me.It's not worth the hype. I felt very mislead about gusto. I'm very surprised to see why it was on the top for hairdressers in soho. I could have gotten more bang for the buck at a different place. Not going here again. Hair consultation is a waste.
