The staff were all really friendly and helpful. I was offered a drink on arrival (beer, soft drink etc). I had a hair scalp treatment and blow dry. Blow dry was great, I got the style I asked for.

Absolutely lovely girl who listened to what I wanted and was very happy to tweak when I asked to adjust the colour when I wanted a little lighter around my face - extremely sweet of her, since she'd already washed and conditioned my hair. I was offered a beer when I came in, which was very welcome after work on a Thursday evening. Friendly, chatty staff who were happy to let me read in silence too.

The guys in here were really friendly, but I've got to say I was pretty disappointed with my highlights - I asked to have them matched up to my previous colour, and for them to be fine, so it looked natural rather than streaky. They turned out really quite light (I look a little grey around the hair line) and ended up quite chunky! I also came out of the conditioning treatment with a fair old birds nest going on so some very painful de-knotting had to take place before my cut. Perhaps for £70 for a full head of highlights, and a cut that is what I should expect... but I'm not sure I'll be rushing back.
