Mehmet did such an amazing job with my hair! Had some layers and curtain bangs cut, and he communicated with me throughout to make sure I got what I wanted. Definitely coming back :)

I found the experience to be disappointing. The staff were sitting around eating McDonald’s, I was only offered water, and I felt like anything I said was disagreed with so I just went through the appointment in silence. Apart from when of course my stylist made comments about my hair which were all negative. Not really the pampering, relaxing experience I wanted. The colour was ok and the blow dry was ok but I had to immediately go out and buy hair grips to pin it all back to continue my day. The cut took more off than I wanted and my fringe is far too short. There were hidden costs which I didn’t appreciate and the appointment started late.
