I had the brazillian blowdry and I am very happy with it. However, I found that the staff although polite were not very attentive ( for instance did not ask for my coat )

Very thoughtful hairdresser, who was keen to hear what I wanted. Very central location and easy to find. Very relaxing head massage too!

Most of the staff were friendly and attentive. The wash was great, the cut ... I guess I didn't ask for anything daring, but it was hard to see even a small difference. There was a lot of drama by "ruffling" the hair up but when this had inevitably flattened my hair looked almost identical. I am not really fussy and just wanted the dead ends cutting of and a few layers adding... all in all the final cut could have been a little better. Other than this, fantastic price and would probably visit again.
