Good salon, very nice and friendly staff. Easy to find and close to transport. They used good products and were happy to straighten over the barrel brush to keep the blow dry to last longer. Good opening times.

George cut and coloured my hair. When I walked in we talked about my hair and he made some good suggestions about the colour. I gave George a completely free reign on the colour and blow dry. He did a wonderful job and I had many compliments on how good my hair looked. Thank you, George. You are a star - see you when I return :)

I visited the salon twice. The first time I was booked with Lavi but had a haircut with Rafaelle instead who is great! He suggested some changes to my haircut which were brilliant! Very friendly and excellent service! The second time I tried to book with Rafaelle but it would not let me, so I had to book with Lavi and call to request a change. Maybe it is something worth looking into as customers should be given the freedom to choose their hair stylist and not be randomly assigned one. Rafaell was excellent as the first time!

I arrived half hour early and they were able to start my hair earlier which was great, however my appointment was with Lavi and instead I was given a lady named Beatriz. She was absolutely lovely but there was a little bit of a language barrier which as someone who gets very nervous about their highlights anyway, made me a little bit fearful, however I was sure she must know what she was doing and sat back. There were at points where I had no idea what she was doing but once my hair was washed and cut it looked beautifully blonde and I was very happy! The blow dry wasn't anything special, I could have done it myself really, but a lady behind me got a beaaautiful blow dry from one of the men! So maybe that's what could have been better, oh and it took them an hour to offer me a drink...
