The salon was spotless and staff were very friendly and welcoming, taking my coat and offering me a beverage upon arrival. I didn't have long to wait until my hairdresser was ready. She took the time to chat with me about the style I wanted and showed me photos of a style she thought would suit me. The wash included a relaxing head massage and the conditioning treatment left my hair very soft. I was unfamiliar with her cutting practice, as she dried my hair, curling the ends, and only then cut it. I wasn't pleased with the layered style, so returned the next day and the hairdresser was very understanding and patient, fixing the cut to ensure my satisfaction .

Loved my visit to the salon. Staff at the salon was so welcoming and had a smile throughout, Raffael did my treatments and oh my God, she is amazing, I'm in love with my new hair cut. Would go back to Gusto again and I would highly recommend Gusto for your next hair cut. Thankyou Raffael, I'm in love with my hair again.

Soho is a very competitive place for hair cutting - many with various design, price, etc and hard to decide which one. But a person who has a short hair therefore needs to go often, this place is ideal. The hairdresser Rafaello understood my hair immediately, which is rare, and did a wonderful job. Even cleaning after cutting was great and I am very satisfied with 22 pounds! Defo want to try again!

I had a full head of highlights and cut/blowdry on special offer for £69. The salon was a bit crowded, really hot and a bit messy. Hairdresser was nice but it was all very quick, especially the cut which he spent hardly any time over. Happy with the result and it was good value for money but I won't go back again. Not sure if I even had the 'conditioning treatment' as my hair doesn't feel as soft as a normal highlights trip.
