Ambiance could use a little work, but the hairdressing is spot on and you cannot beat the value. Would absolutely return again.
great service, experienced hairdressers. George was very good, I told him roughly what I wanted and left the details to him, and it turned out lovely. Everyone I saw leaving the salon looked great.
A salon that is impossible to fault, the value is incredible, all the treatments are on a par if not better than 'named' salons that charge double the price. My friends have been raving about my highlights. Would rather keep this little gem to myself!
I've had silver/white hair for the last year and thought I would try this place out as it was such a good deal (£24). So as I walked in I thought the place was a little cramped and run-down, however the lady attending to my hair was very friendly and chatty. I was slightly concerned when she started applying bleach directly to my head (which I now know you're not meant to do) and she seemed to be doing it very quickly without worrying too much that it was also going onto my roots (bad news!). After 5 minutes my scalp felt like it was burning and my hands had turned red and were itching, which I mentioned to the lady. She said this was normal so I continued to sit there gripping my seat. Now I've had bleaching done for over a year and although yes it does itch a lot, however I've never experience pain like that before. Finally it was time to get my hair rinsed and then toner put on my head. When returning to my seat I was really upset to see that my hair was yellow (not the silver I had asked for). This meant I had to have my hair dried and more dye put on - not great for hair condition. This added an additional hour onto the time it took. When this had been done and my hair had been dried again, although the colour was a lot nearer to what I had requested, the roots were still a yellow colour. By that time I wanted to get the hell out of there, despite the lady repeating that it was all very white and looked lovely. However tempting the low price I will from now always pay that bit extra to have my hair done the right way with products which don't burn your skin!

I had very, very long hair I wanted cutting to my shoulders so I was nervous about the big change but I was very happy with the result. Carlo listened to my ideas and offered his opinion which was a good combination. Would return.
