Overall I was impressed with this salon. Mike did a a really great ombre and generally the staff are polite and professional. The look of the salon itself isn't anything special but I don't think that matters so much if the staff do a good job.

I visited Gusto this weekend and thought everything was okay. No more, no less than okay. Firstly I waited 35 minutes to be seen and had a different guy for my cut and my colour as he was clearly double booked. The voucher is for one colour only so if you want any tone in your hair you'll have to pay extra. Overall I was pretty happy with everything but don't think I'll be going back.

George did my blowdry, he is a lovely guy. Maybe it's just me, but I would prefer more speed and less time doing head massages and washing. However, it's great value and they do a very good and really friendly service.

The staff were really nice and I was happy with the result but I think they had over booked the afternoon I was there as I had to wait 45 minutes to even get my hair washed.
