I booked in for a Brazilian blow dry at gusto. I have had quite a few of these now and only a couple of them have been as good as the first. Having washed my hair a few times now, the results are still amazing. I can honestly say this one is as good as the first one I had. The results are good because the product used and the hairdresser doing the treatment with precision. The treatment was carried out by Beatrice and she is excellent. She takes pride in what she does and whilst speaking to her, I found out she has done hairdressing for celebrities in Spain. Beatrice is Spanish and is in the UK to improve her English so she can work with celebrities here. I would absolutely recommend Beatrice and will be going back to her for my next Brazilian treatment in 3 months. Thank you gusto for the great product, Beatrice and the great Treatwell offer

Beatrix is an amazing hairdresser from Barcelona, Spain and my entire experience with Gusto Hairdressing is based on her service and skills. Although her English is not very good, I managed to easily explain to her what I wanted to achieve, and she confirmed this by showing me pictures of her past work on her iPad, and I was convinced that she knew what I wanted. During the process, Beatrix was extremely cheerful, always smiling, reassuring me about what she was doing, sharing with me other pictures of her work, and was meticulous and efficient. I am very pleased with the results.
The salon is a bit small and space between customers/hairdressers is very tight. I was not too impressed by the male hairdresser next to me, who was rather inconsiderate and hindered Beatrix's movement due to the positioning of his trolley. He also moved my chair to the right (to give himself more space), but this meant that I could not see myself properly in the mirror, and neither could Beatrix (who had to constantly adjust her position in order to see my reflection in the mirror and ensure my haircut was done right). I am thankful I was lucky to get Beatrix as my hairstylist indeed.
