Been to dozens and dozens of salons across London over the past few years, spending inordinate sums trying to find someone who gets my hair, no such luck until I stumbled upon this chic little salon just off Regents Street. Been several times now and the services keep getting better and better, the Italian stylist in particular is a magician with colour and has a real flair with blow drys.
My hair has never looked so vibrant and stylish. The only slight negative is it can get quite busy in the evenings, no big problem as such but because of the smallish size of the venue it does make it ever so slightly overcrowded. Small matters aside this is my new favorite, truly recommended!

Friendly staff. Asked to move my appointment to half an hour earlier, was then rushed as another client was waiting eventhough I said I would only be able to make my original appointment. Hair cut is not symmetrical at all, will have to get restyled this week with another hairdresser. Took more off than I asked, and I specifically told him I had had problems with hairdressers before not listening to my needs. Badly styled, and not checked once cut to perfect or see if sides were even.
Will NOT be visiting again I am afraid.

First time at Gusto as highlights were on an offer. Everyone was very friendly, Mike was ready on time and listened to everything I said I wanted from the highlights and cut. Some hairdressers go a bit "arty" and too short when doing a cut but Mike gave my hair the trim that I asked for! the half head lights look lovely - had to pay an extra £10 for the root touch up but as that was additional to the offer (and very reasonable) I had no problem with it - Mike advised me of the costing before he mixed/applied the colour so I could decide whether to have it done or not. The salon has a lively vibe and I will be going back!! thank you for my fab Christmas look! Karen

I had another very positive experience with Raphael who is very skilled and his blow dry's are fantastic and stay looking nice for days.
