Super happy with the job Roberto did on my hair - took the time to really listen to what I was going for and nailed it. Really nice and interesting guy, too. I consider Gusto an excellent value that delivers quality well above the price point, and will be coming back for the foreseeable future. Fully recommended.

I booked an appointment at the same time with my boyfriend. I went on haircut first, and we were told another hairdresser should be free in 5-10 min. However unfortunately he was held by another client who needed whole massive hairdo. At the end my boyfriend needed to sit and wait for an hour for me to finish, then I needed to wait for nearly another hour for him to finish. They gave us £5 off for waiting time that was considerable but it was disappointing as his haircut was great and I'm very happy with it.

Booked an appointment really last minute for a good wash, cut and dry. Had a great cut, and came out with exactly what I wanted.. Great value for money although they did try to charge me the extra £5 for having longer hair below the shoulder blade, which I didn't have before my cut, but would definitely recommend!
