Staff is nice, but not very satisfied of the blow dry. I have long hair and it was a very quick treatment, so the result was not the best.

The hairdresser was really rough when washing and blow drying my hair - it was really painful and he ripped two of my earrings out without even apologising. He used purple shampoo, completely stripping the colour out of my hair and barely styled it, blaming it on my hair that ‘doesn’t curl’. I never got any conditioning treatment that I paid for either. Really not enjoyable, not relaxing at all, and I came out worse then when I went in.
