I booked a midweek discount deal with George. When I arrived, he wasn't there, so I was served by Mike instead. I'm pleased with the hair cut so I'm definitely returning to this salon as it's good value for money.

Rafael is amazing!!! Beautiful, perfect blowdrys every time. He really takes his time to make it perfect, and it shows :) loveeeee my swishy hair!

Yesterday I was trolling through the net, trying to find a decently priced good London hair salon-and I've definitely found one! The reviews led me to Gusto, and I booked a mid week saver. I had booked in with George on the Treatwell website, but when I arrived (18 minutes early) he didn't seem to be there (I'd seen his pic on the website)
Whilst waiting I must admit I felt nervous, no one was chatting to their clients and the salon is a little loud and tired looking.
I was soon seated with Raff and immediately he put my nerves at rest. He knew exactly what I needed for my limp hair and he gave me the best haircut and blow dry, I was so pleased.
He's actually leaving at the end of the month, and as I sat there I wondered if I'd come back without him there? I decided I would, all the clients who walked out looked great so the team obviously know what they are doing.
Don't come here if you want a relaxing pamper sesh, but this is the place for a great hair cut at a brilliant price.

Really lovely little shop. Super friendly staff and good services.. The hair dresser was a little rough with my hair but she got the job done and with such a friendly attitude.
