Good value, the haircut I wanted, pleasant efficient service. A cup of coffee would have been nice, but nothing to complain about and I've had compliments on my haircut ever since.

Small salon just off Wardour street but wow! Hands down the best cut and and blow dry I've had in years, fab staff all round who were all very helpful and accommodating, was offered a wide range of beverages including wine. The stylist did an amazing job, clearly very skilled, he was quite the maestro with my hair which is usually unmanageable at times. All in all will definitely be going back, the value was very good as well (the cut and blowdry also included a masking treatment I didn't know about). One of my faves now!

I had never used Treatwell or this salon before but thought seeing as I only needed a trip and no shaping it would be fine to stray from my usual salon and try and save some money. The salon is pretty shabby looking but the stylist seemed really nice. I have (HAD) hair which was just down below my bra so like halfway down my back. I had been growing it for months so it needed a trim to get rid of the breakage from dying it ombre. I said I wanted 2/2.5 inches at most. He washed my ahir and showed me in the mirror how much he was going to cut which was fine. Then he cut the first part. When he showed me my hair on the floor I thought it was a joke and had come of someone else. There was no joke 5/6 inches on the floor. After this cut my hair is just on my shoulders. I am gutted. So angry. I now literally can't style it, it will need re-dying to get the ombre back properly and it's going to take months to grow back. A very very dissapoitnintg service.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon on the Treatwell offer. John cut my hair and this was about 10 days ago, normally I have to straighten and dry so my hair doesn't flick out but since then I have had to do far less with it it just falls into place. When John was doing it I did think it was done with care and precision and he has done a fantastic job. Absolutely delighted and would definitely go back without the offer.
