The staff was very nice but unfortunately the haircut itself didn't come out as hoped. Had a great haircut here in the past but that stylist was unavailable so I had to see someone new. The new stylist did pretty much the opposite of what was requested. So it goes.

Great colour and cut, thank you! Have been before and will definitely go again. Much quicker than expected too, out in two hours despite full head of highlights.

Haircut was ok, nice staff. The hairstylist pulled a bit too hard during the blow dry so it hurt my scalp. I was 10 min late for my appointment because of the tube (I called to notify the salon), but I ended up having to wait another 35 min before I could be seen.
