I had Carmel and she was amazing! I'd been told by work colleagues that they'd been to see 7 or 8 hairdressers in London before they found "the one" but I'm so so pleased I got so lucky on my try! I got in early and Carmel and I had a chat about what I wanted, what I had done before and she assessed the general health of my hair and gave me the appropriate advice which I was so thankful for.
I sort of described what I wanted for the colour but quite awfully, and somehow, she got my colour spot-on. My haircut was amazing, and I let her take the reigns on what she wanted to do. Carmel was so friendly and easy to talk to and I thoroughly enjoyed my Thursday evening!
The salon was really nice, the other staff seemed quite friendly, and despite showing up 20 minutes early I was seen to straight away. I also only booked in for a full-head colour but emailed ahead of time and asked to add a cut and blow-dry too, which was all easy and organised. All up it was £80, and I could not be more happy!
